Camping Information

Reservations for camping areas will close August 19th at 8pm.
Land assignments will be established August 20th.

Camp Site Reservation

Things to note:
 

  • Only one member of the camping group should fill out the form.  That group member will be asked to have an approximate square footage required for their group- please use the Pennsic rules of 250 square feet per person.

  • Priority will be given to groups with over 25 campers, but we will do our best to give everyone their first choice where possible.

  • There will be accessible camping available for those who wish to use it.  We can accommodate large groups in that area! 

  • If you do not have a group, there will be plenty of singles camping available.  You do not need to pre-register for a spot.

  • Vardos are welcome in the regular camping area, but modern campers will be parked in an area yet to be decided on.

  • We will be using both fields for camping, and there is plenty of room for everyone!
