Panelists are expected to encourage novices, provide objective technical feedback on their primary art form, and help them refine their written research documentation during a scheduled session on the day of the event.
How are panelists matched with entrants?
We utilize a vetting process that pairs artisans based on shared areas of interest and technical expertise, ensuring the novice receives the most relevant guidance possible.
Is a panelist the same as a Sponsor?
No. A panelist attends sessions during the tourney; a sponsor is a member of the Order of the Crucible or Order of the Laurel who works with the entrant ahead of the tourney. Every sponsor is expected to provide a prize for the Queen to distribute- one prize per entrant sponsored.
